Some features of Cloud require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may lose access to your data. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Cloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
